Zymbiotics Fermented Foods Zimchi is a zesty and flavorful blend of napa cabbage, daikon radish and carrot.

Although kimchi can be spicy ours is full of many flavors with waves of tang, ginger, garlic, onion, subtle fish sauce and korean pepper delighting your sense of taste.

Our Zimchi pairs well with: stir-fry, salads, soups, dips, spreads, rice dishes, fish, meats or right out of the jar.  For additional recipe ideas click here.

Ingredients: Jeff’s Zimchi is a naturally fermented kimchi made of Napa Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Carrots, Green Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Korean Peppers, Fish Sauce(fermented anchovies) and Sea Salt.

Zymbiotics Beets, Sauerkraut, Ginger Carrots, Kimchi and Vegan Kimchi are allowed to ferment to their  highest nutritional, prebiotic and probiotic value, flavor and texture.  There are no preservatives or additives in our products and they are dairy and gluten free.  We use only the finest ingredients to make our ferments.  They are never pasteurized to maintain the maximum taste, texture and health benefits and should be kept refrigerated at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
